To determine if your child is eligible for free services through Early Intervention, see below:

Early Intervention Program (EIP)

The EIP is designed to provide services to children under three who are identified with or are at the risk of having developmental delays or disabilities.

To determine whether or not your child is eligible for the New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP) you can call Westchester County EIP at 914-813-5094 to request an evaluation for your child.  A pediatrician can also make the referral to the EIP for you. Your child will be evaluated by a state-approved evaluator.  If services are warranted and your child is eligible for the program as authorized by the municipality, the services will be provided at no cost to parents.
